Uniguide was created as a new project for an agency helping international students study in Slovakia. The goal was to quickly create a simple, trustworthy, and multilingual website that presents the agency’s services, explains the basic process, and allows visitors to send an inquiry.

A new agency needed to look trustworthy online quickly.
Challenge
The agency started without a website, brand identity, or prepared materials. A simple, clear, and multilingual presentation had to be created quickly to explain services for international students and support first contact.
Goal
The goal was to create a basic visual identity, define colors and typography, prepare content in three languages, and launch a website presenting the agency, services, life in Slovakia, and a contact path for interested students.

Scope of work
A simple website with complete launch setup.
The project was smaller in scope, but included everything needed to launch a new agency online — brand foundation, content, frontend, SEO, form, hosting, domain, and email accounts.
Brand identity and visual direction
A simple logo, color system, typography, and visual direction were created to give the new agency a basic professional identity.
UX/UI structure and frontend
The website was designed as a simple landing page with key information and a separate contact page so visitors could quickly understand the service and next step.
Copywriting and translations
The scope included full copywriting and content preparation in three language versions — Slovak, English, and Arabic.
SEO and indexing
Metadata, sitemap, indexing, and Google Search Console were set up as the technical foundation for search visibility.
Contact form and emails
The contact form was connected to email delivery through AWS SES so the agency could receive new inquiries.
Hosting, domain, and email accounts
The project included Vercel deployment, domain setup, DNS configuration, and creation of client email accounts.
Key decisions
Fast launch with clear and trustworthy content.
Since this was a new agency without prepared materials, the key was to quickly create a foundation that would not feel temporary or incomplete.
